Hatsune Miku x Daimaru Video Released, Halloween Party Event Ends October 9th

A new collaboration video has been released featuring Hatsune Miku in a promotional video for the Daimaru Sapporo department store! The video is part of the currently running Hatsune Miku Halloween Party collaboration taking place at the department store until October 9th, JST.

The adorable video features Miku enjoying the department stores many shops and amenities, all while singing and skipping around cheerfully. The music was created by Tsudio Studio、Irie You、and Satou Moka, while the video was co-produced by Crypton Future Media.

The Hatsune Miku Halloween Party collaboration at Daimaru Sapporo features exclusive preorder goods, cafe treats, and some limited edition sweets. Snow Mikudayo herself is also set to make an appearance on the Mall’s 6th floor Green Patio Venue on October 7th and 8th, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

Hatsune Miku VR’s First DLC Released, Five New Songs and New Stage

The first DLC has been released for the action rhythm game Hatsune Miku VR, adding 5 new songs and a new stage to the game. The game was initially released in March this year with 8 songs and 2 levels of difficulty each; with the addition of the first DLC, the list now goes up to 13 songs in total.

Hatsune Miku VR is an action rhythm game where Miku sings and dances to some of her most iconic songs as the player catch flying melodies with VR controllers. The latest version of the game now adds trading cards with gorgeous backgrounds for collection.

After a 2 year development, and rework after changing developers, and MANY months of beta testing, the long-awaited Hatsune Miku: Dreamy Vocal mobile game from China has finally been released to the open public! The mobile rhythm game featuring Hatsune Miku and the other Cryptonloids is available for Android and iOS. And yes, it’s playable from anywhere around the world!

To download the game, just be sure to keep the main website in Chinese language (do not let it auto-translate) on your mobile device, and click the prompt at the top of the page to start the download. If you’re on PC, you can download the files via the links on the right side of the main website. Android users can simply download and install, while iOS users will need to use a Chinese app store account.

After that, you just need to login once using either the WeChat app, or the QQ messenger app. Then you can enjoy the game! Keep in mind the game of course has a Chinese-only interface, but don’t let that stop you from exploring and having fun! The game is simple enough to figure out, and a lot of fun to play!

Also released with this update is the song “越过海岸线” composed by kz and Mes. This is also the secret “new song” leaked for the MIKU WITH YOU 2018 setlist for Beijing, and will be played live in concert! The main visual art for this release was created by the illustrator TID.

MIKU WITH YOU 2018 VIP Bonuses, Glow Sticks & Other Goods Announced

With just a few more weeks to go before the MIKU WITH YOU 2018 China Festival kicks off, some additional news regarding VIP bonuses and other event goods has been announced!

First up are the VIP ticket holder bonus T-shirts, with exclusive artwork for each of the 3 concert locations, Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai. The shirts will be available to VIP ticket holders in either L or XXL sizes.

Next are the city-exclusive clear files, bead bands, and towel and buckle set! You will receive a free clear file along with your concert ticket, with the design featuring artwork specific for each city. Also announced for goods were the MIKU WITH YOU themed head band, and a towel and rubber buckle set. Pricing is not yet announced.

Lastly, some additional details were announced about the MIKU WITH YOU 2018 Happi Coat (the Chinese call it a “Concert Cloak”). The coat will feature 6 detachable pins like the one seen on Miku’s outfit from the event’s main visual art. It is suggested that fans could also swap these out for can badges of similar size to have fun customizing them!

MIKU WITH YOU 2018 will take place in Beijing October 13th~14th, Chengdu on October 20th~21st,, and Shanghai on October 27th~28th.

Good news for overseas Hatsune Miku fans wanting to attend the MIKU WITH YOU 2018 festival in China: Live event tickets are also being made available for the Beijing and Chengdu event locations! Previously, only Shanghai had tickets announced.

Tickets for Beijing are scheduled to go on sale at 12:00 PM on September 21st, China time, while tickets for the Chengdu location will go on sale at 1:00 PM on September 21st, China time.

If you missed ticket sales for Shanghai, or would like to visit more locations, now is your chance!
