The Racing Miku 2018 ver. 1/7 scale figure is now open for preorder! The Goodsmile Racing’s mischievous racing angel, illustrated by Kanzaki Hiro, is now available on Good Smile’s online shop and other online stores.

A scale figure of the official character of the 2018 Hatsune Miku GT Project!

The 2018 edition of the official character of the 2018 Hatsune Miku GT Project, Racing Miku, has arrived as a 1/7th scale figure! This year’s illustration by popular illustrator Hiro Kanzaki has been transformed into a figure packed full of impressive detail.

Her cute, mischievous expression with her tongue sticking out has also been captured in figure form. Translucent parts are utilized for her hair, giving it a somewhat see-through appearance at the ends.

The detailed sculpting of her athletic legs and stomach are two of many highlights of this figure. Be sure to add the energetic Racing Miku to your collection!

Preorders for the Racing Miku 2018 1/7 scale figure will be open until October 18th at 12:00 JST. She’s priced at 14,800 yen on Good Smile’s online shop, and will ship in November next year.  You can also find her on the following online stores listed below!

Hatsune Miku Mid-Autumn Festival ver. Plushie to be Available at MIKU WITH YOU 2018 in China

Plushie maker GIFT has announced a special Mid-Autum Festival version Hatsune Miku plushie for events in China later this year! The plushie is based on the design by the well-known Chinese illustrator Rella.

One of the first events you can find her at happens to be the Shanghai location of MIKU WITH YOU 2018, so this is good news for overseas Miku fans attending the event! The plushie will be available at Good Smile Company’s booth at the exhibition on October 27th~28th.

Additionally, the plushie will be available at CICF EXPO 2018 on October 1st~5th, if you happen to be in that area at the time. Preorders will also be available from September 22nd~24th at the Shanghai Animate store.

Goodsmile Racing Places 3rd in SUPER GT 2018 Round 6 at SUGO, Ranked 2nd Overall

Goodsmile Racing emerges victorious at 3rd place in Super GT round 6 this weekend at SUGO. Previously the team performed excellently in round 5 despite the heavy weight handicap and fierce competition, and came out at 2nd place. The outstanding performance brought them to 5th place overall in the GT300 class ranking.

With the latest victory at SUGO, the team now moves up to 2nd place overall and is only behind by 6 points. This puts Goodsmile Racing dangerously closer to winning the championship more than ever, not to mention that there are only two more races left to go. The next race will be held at Autopolis on October 20th~21st. Fight, GSR!

If you were unable to make it to the Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2018 this year, or perhaps miss some goods you had an eye on, we’re more than excited to share that the newly announced Hatsune Miku official goods store may have what you look for. The opportunity is now!

Please note that shipping areas only cover Japan, U.S. mainland, Hawaii, and Guam due to limited stock.

Orders will be open until December 21st at 17:00 JST or until they’re sold out, with the only exception being the photo set that’s open for order in many rounds. All shirts are measured in Japanese sizes, and are offset by 1 size compared to U.S. sizes. Shipping cost may varies.

Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2018 was a great success with over 40,000 visitors from Japan and overseas alike. Missed out the event this year? The next Magical Mirai had already been for Osaka and Tokyo in August~September next year. More information will be available soon.

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Cheerful Ver. (2018) Announced To Support Japan Disaster Relief

Good Smile Company has announced their Cheerful Japan 2018 charity project, which aims to raise funds to aid in Japan’s recovery after the recent earthquake, storm and flood disasters. Joining this campaign is an updated Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Cheerful ver.! (They should have added 2.0 to the name!)

We wish to express our condolences to those who have been affected by the disasters that have struck Japan since April 2018.

– 2018 Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake

We want to work with our fans to bring back the cheer to Japan by bringing back the ‘Cheerful JAPAN!’ charity project, to help raise funds to aid relief efforts in affected areas. This product is released as a joint charity project with Crypton Future Media.

Using Nendoroid Hatsune Miku 2.0 as a base, she comes with a standard expression, excited expression and a cheering expression! For optional parts, a flag, pom-poms and her trusty leek are all included! Special hand and leg parts are also included to put her in her supportive, cheering pose! Together, let’s support the areas affected and cheer on all of Japan! For each figure sold, Crypton Future Media and Good Smile Company will donate ¥1000 to aid the relief efforts in Japan.

The nendoroid is available exclusively through Good Smile Company’s online shop until October 11th, 2018 at 12:00 PM JST, and is priced at 4,000 Yen ($37). She’s expected to ship January 2019!
